The two half sisters Lizzi and Greta were shown last weekend at a sighthound show in Köping. Lizzi was second in the intermediate class with CQ (champion quality) and Greta was graded excellent. They are both out of Ch Play A While Lady Orlando (European Winner 2008).

Sad news
These three photos were taken last summer
The other day we lost our "grand old lady" at home, Play A While Mymlan, "Mymlan" aged twelve. Mymlan was so much like her sire Ch Balzac Opsis Kalopsis and grand sire Ch Play A While at Peperone, a bit stubborn, afraid of nothing, very happy and very hungry!:)) Mymlan gave us our wonderful Ch Play A While Lady Orlando who have given us two litters so far and we are planning a third, so Mymlan's legacy will live on!:)) I am forever grateful that Kari Naukkarinen in Finland let us use Mymlan's dam Ch Pisqueak C’Tawwa for a litter!:))

We are planning a third litter out of Ch Play A While Lady Orlando. She has produced two very nice litters so far. The sire will be top whippet in Sweden for 2011 Ch Adagio Crowdstopper.

Play A While I Fädrens Spår, 21 months!
"Busan" free stacked, but we do apology for the bad photo quality but we feel that one can see Busan's type and style anyway. Busan i by Allettes Figaro out of Ch Play A While Late Red Autumnhop Ale and is owned by Play A While. Busan has only been shown 4 times but has won BOB and is group placed.

The last two weekends have been very good for two Juni kids (Juni is Ch Play A While Late Red Autumnhop Ale). First Mira, Play A While Tiimari won a second CAC and BOS and same weekend Snacky, Play A While Mora Marknad was best dog and gaind a reserve CAC. Then yesterday Snacky won a second CAC and BOS.

Last week Memma, Ch Play A While Lady Orlando was mated to top whippet in Sweden for 2011, Ch Adagio Crowdstopper so hopefully everything goes well and there will be puppies in the middle of July?:))

Ch Play A While Kometen Kommer - "Smirre"

Igår fick vår älskade Play a While Kometen Kommer "Smirre" gå över regnbågsbron. Han hade en längre tid besvärats av hälta i ett ben efter en skada han fick som ung. Nu gick smärtan inte att kupera längre och enligt ortopeder och fysioterapeuter gick det inte att göra något mer för honom. Hans trogne vän Chivas var med honom när han fick somna in. Tack Smirre för dessa fantastiska år tillsammans. Saknar dig min vän men vet att du nu slipper smärta och kan springa fritt. Det här bilden togs igår fm på vår brygga, tycker den symboliserar den frihet Smirre nu fått. Tack Henrik för denna underbara vän.

Play A While Karhu, "Cato" - qualifies for the Swedish Whippet Club triple prize
The other day Cato qualified for The Whippet Club triple prize, meaning that he has excelled in three different fields of activities according to the rules set up by the club. Cato has earned champion quality in showing, enough points in lure coursing but also one blood tracking test that was ok!:)) Lasse an Else are doing really good with Cato!:)) Cato is by Ch Forgetmenot Flying Star out of Ch Play A While Late Red Autumnhop Ale.
